Best Buy charged me for Renewal Richfield, which I am not completely aware of and I do not know what does it mean.

Hi,
I have bought my laptop from BestBuy in September. It is not even a YEAR! And antivirus was free which I have never opened. How can you automatically charge me for what I did not use and without notifying me? Please, cancel all my subscriptions (which I am obviously not aware of) and refund the payment.

I don't think the forum team has the access to cancel most subscriptions, so you may need to call the applicable number listed in the article below.
If it hasn't been a year since your purchase, though, maybe there's another subscription you have you're forgetting. A call might be worth it so they can take a closer look at what all is tied to your account.

I as well woke up to a $215.00 charge for bestbuy renewal.. I am so frantic right now. I am trying to get a hold of someone.
