Yes I did and they will be cancelling the authorization but in the meantime my account has to be charged and they will have to refund it. I think they should be able to put that payment back. Then they could not even go the next step to fax over verification to my financial institution as they asked me to have bestbuy to do to verify that it was cancelled so my account would not go into overdraft as it is sitting right now because of this transaction that is pending. THAT SUCKS! in a situation like this it is going to cause a domino affect on my account of overdraft fees. That is why the fax was necessary the bank could have just not let it go through
