I received an unauthorized fraudulent charge on my credit card for $213.49 dated 2/7/2021.
Please get the credit issued ASAP. I'll have my bank charge it back!

What did the charge exactly say? Was there any description on your bank statement? Sometimes Best Buy will automatically charge your card for recurring services and subscriptions such as antivirus software or Geek Squad protection plans. As Sam15 mentioned, this could be a reoccurring charge for a Geek Squad Protection Plan (GSP.) If you have confirmed this is not a charge relating to one of your GSP plans, please let us know. I would be happy to dive deeper into this and see what I can do to help out.
