First time I´ve used Best Buy and I have just been greeted by an unauthorized charge in my card, of over 332 bucks.
I already read this post and the aforementioned ammount does relates to any of my orders.
How to proceed?

Welcome to our Best Buy Support Forums! While I wish your first post on our page were under better circumstances, I'll be happy to assist with looking into this further with you.
As mentioned in the post that you had referred to, if a transaction on your card does not appear to be related to a purchase you personally made with Best Buy, the first course of action that we recommend is to contact the issuer of your card to report the charge. Best Buy will cooperate fully with any investigation that the bank performs in determining how the charge occurred. We also recommend contacting your local authorities to file a police report. Again, any investigation done by them will be fully supported by Best Buy.
In addition to the steps above, I'd like to see if I may be able to locate any additional information regarding the charges. Can you please send me a private message using the link in my signature below, with your name, phone number, email address, and any details you can about the transaction, such as the date, exact amount, and location from the statement. Please do not include your full card number, only the last four digits.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
