I just received notice that an unauthorized charge went through for the Geek Squad today. I have authorized no charges so I’m not sure what to do. It puts me in a bad situation and I need the money back in my account. I’m not sure if it is a fraud but it’s a charge fir 52.64.
i need support ASAP.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums. I would also be concerned if I saw a charge to my account that I was not aware of making. That being said, jdogg836 may be correct in that this could be an auto-renewal charge for a previous Geek Squad purchase you are seeing.
While you can call us at (888) 237-8289 to look into this, you can also look at subscriptions you may have through your Best Buy account online. After logging in, just click on your name, and then under the header "Protection Plans," click on "See all your plans & subscriptions."
