Unauthorized charge from Best Buy

I just noticed a $214 charge on my credit card from Geek Squad Richfield. I haven't made any purchases from BestBuy in well over a year. How can I find out what this is and dispute it if necessary?

Re: Unauthorized charge from Best Buy

$214 sounds like a Total Tech Support renewal. They automatically renew every year - if you no longer desire the Total Tech Support plan then you just need to contact 1-800-GeekSquad (1-800-433-5778) and they can cancel the plan for you. I believe a chat representative also can, but it can take a few days for a response from the corporate moderators.
I am not a forum moderator nor voice of corporate. One of the corporate moderators will be with you as soon as they can for the official response from Best Buy. The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a while for a response.

Hey, LuciaVillariDematteo,

As @geishafish mentioned, it may have been a renewal of some sort that renewal charge. You can see what those should look like on your statement here. If you weren't expecting a renewal, or one of the descriptions doesn't ring any bells, please give us a call at (800) GEEK SQUAD which is (800) 433-5778 so that we can chat.
