I bought a fire tv stick that included 30 day free trial. I attempted to redeem the code. However, when I am prompted for my form of payment, I get the following message: Sorry, we could not process your transaction. Please try again.
I tried multiple form of payments but nothing goes thru. I don't have an accout with Sling. What gives? I called Sling customer service and all they can offer is 7 days. I want to retrieve my 30 days free trial.

Welcome to our online community. I recently upgraded our TV and received a 30-day free trial with Sling, too. Our family has really enjoyed the programming, and we are considering purchasing the full membership. I am disappointed to learn that you are not having the same experience and Sling will only provide you with a 7-day trial.
This does not sound like it will be a code issue, and instead have something to do with the way the account is being set up. Have you reported the error that you are getting with Sling?
