Unable to setup autopay

Under "I want to..." , I clicked "Setup Autopay".  I was taken to a "Enroll in Autopay" screen, but it is blank and does not have anything to enter a monthly payment, etc...

 

Can someone please help?

Welcome and thanks for posting with us! Autopay is always a service I look for when considering a new credit card since it can make life so much less stressful. Setting this up is meant to be easy and with what you describe I totally see why this is a concern. I’m happy to offer some insight to get you to the right place going forward.

 

Citibank, N.A. is the issuer of your My Best Buy Credit Card, and, as credit card information is so sensitive, we don’t have access to review or make changes to your account. Since you’ve said that self-service options are not working online, I would recommend connecting with Best Buy Credit Card support through Citibank at (888) 574-1301 for further assistance with this. Having the same issue as well.
What is causing this screen to come up blank for multiple customers?
Setting up Autopay should not be this hard!!!
