I took a replacement to an item I received last week into a store to return it and receive a refund. When I got there I was asked a million questions about why I no longer needed the replacement and other things. The cashier called her manager over and they moved aside and whispered and discussed amongst themselves. They also went into the back for long periods of time. I stood there for over an hour waiting for an explanation of why they weren't accepting the return, or what the issue was. Instead they offered me no explanations.
Last week I asked on these forums would I be able to return a replacement with no issues and I was told yes. However returning to that store did not work. Should I ship it back instead? Is there an issue with my account? I would like to return this replacement as I no longer need it.
