I do know that the Citibank website was down for maintenance last week. Have you tried clearing the cookies and cache from your computer, and then trying to log in and pay? If you're still having issues, you can read about alternate ways to pay your bill here. I also encourage you to continue trying to call the customer service number you mentioned earlier.

Hmm, that's odd! Did you try clearing the cache and cookies from your computer before trying the Citibank website again, as I mentioned earlier?
The link I shared in my previous post explained the ways to pay online, in-store, by mail or over the phone. Again, I suggest trying the customer service line at (888) 574-1301, or you can try calling Citibank's phone number for technical assistance at (888) 738-4624.
