Hi, just passing on an experience we had over the past month.
In March, before the Covid outbreak we knew we would be cooped up in the house for a while so we purchased 2 new TV's, a 75" LG for the family room (that we love) and an additional 50" TCL 50s425 for $269.99, however when we got home we found the exact 50" TCL 50s425 model at other stores for a bit cheaper ($239.99 at Walmart, $259.99 at Target, and $220.58 at B&H Photo Video) we called the store for a price match but it was very difficut to get through to anyone, then the government started imposing restrictions and the Best Buy store closed to all but curbside pickup.
Obviously we would like to get the $49 credit towards a price match and despite our best efforts we were not able to visit the store within the 15 day window due to these circumstances, and since quarantine the price on TVs seems to have gone way up (makes sense with increased demand). Even a gift card would have been fine as we frequently buy electronics but we received no response.
Also we purchased 4 ipads and matching Zagg screen protectors as Easter gifts, we bought them a month early to make sure we got them with the stores closing, however one screen protector does not create a good seal leaving bubbles and we were unable to exchange it within the 30 day peroid.
