UPS is being sent to wrong address to pick up a sofa

Best Buy continues to send UPS to my old address to pick up a sofa, despite me calling 6 times and notifying you that I have moved and the sofa is at a different address. I even spent an hour on hold to speak to a supervisor and the line automatically disconnected.

I am beyond frustrated and do not know what else to do. I do not have time to constantly call you guys. Please help me resolve this issue.

The sofa being picked up is a defective one. I already have the new sofa.
