I have ordered an item that I do not need anymore, and was shipped to a UPS access point. The email I have received instructed me to leave the item at the access point and it will be returned for a refund.
Close to two weeks later, and it is still pending, which I assume means its still at the access point. Is this a normal time frame for items to ship out for a refund? Or do I need to contact the UPS access point?

To clarify, the time it takes your item to ship from the UPS Access Point back to our Return Center can vary, depending on when the UPS Access Point ships it back to us. With that said, if it’s been two weeks since you left the package at the UPS Access Point, and there’s been no changes in the UPS tracking number, I recommend following up with the location where your package was delivered, to request an update on the shipping progress.
