I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction.
I purchased an Office 365 Home subscription card last year from a Best Buy in Cumming, GA. This year, I was able to purchase another Key Code from Amazon for $20.00 less. When I try to enter the key code to renew my subscription, I am told that there is already a subscription on my account. The subscription is expired and cancelled but I cannot apply another key code from anywhere else until this one from Best Buy is removed from my account.
I called Microsoft and they informed me that I must work with Best Buy to have the subscription removed.
How can I remove the subscription from a Key Code purchased from Best Buy?

May I ask if anyone ever helped you with this? I am having the exact same problem - both BestBuy and Microsoft have been unable or unwilling to help!!
