I'm trying to make a complaint online. I went to the store on friday to buy the Galaxy S10+, and wanted to do the trade in offer with my LG G6; I arrived at around 8:30pm and they told me that the person who do the trade in left and that I should go to the store the next day at around 6pm. Cool, I went the next day at 6:05pm, and the told me that the person for trade in left an hour early... they told me to go tomorrow at around 1pm. I went yesterday at 12:30pm, and finally a trade in representative assisted me, but the trade in offer ended on saturday...
So that's a great experience right there! (sarcasm). I was really excited to to get the new phone, but this happened. Please let me know how to make a complaint.

I am sure it was exciting to upgrade to the new Galaxy S10+. It does seem to be the best in the Galaxy series. However, I can understand the experience it was with not be able to take advantage of our trade-in promotion. That isn't how we wish for our customers to be assisted.
During your visit to our store did you speak with a manager for assistance?

Sadly, no. I did not asked for a manager. The guy that assisted me on Sunday said that they can't do anything because the promotion ended the day before. So I just left the store without buying the S10+.
