I updated all my kitchen appliances through best buy. I purchased them in February of this year. I purchased them after I had bestbuy in-home consultants come to my house and measure 4 times. I bought the Viking brand appliances for. Grand total of $16500. The day of delivery rolls around and only the dishwasher and range fit. That is two out of six appliances. The double oven and the microwave are unsafe and not secured in the cabin. (The microwave almost fell on my kids twice) The installers refused to put my old appliances back The exhaust hood was too big to even attempt to install
I complained to the local store. After two weeks I was told that I can return my purchase but I would have to hire my own installers to put my old appliances back. I contacted bestbuy customer service number without any success. I was told that I would receive a call back but the call never came. I am not sure what to do at the moment please Simone help me.
