good afternoon how can I request a reissue of a purchase ticket for a guarantee since I lost it

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for contacting us for assistance.  If it’s another copy of your receipt you’re looking for, I’ll be happy to see what we can do to get you another copy.

For me to locate your receipt, there’s a few pieces of additional information I’ll ask you to provide via private message.  If you could send me:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• What product(s) were purchased
• A rough estimate of the total (including tax) on your receipt
• Date of purchase
• Store location
• Form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, cash, gift card, etc.)
