Terrible Chat Customer Service, being lied to and requested transcripts that I have not recieved

I bought 2 steelbooks from best buy, both came with damaged in spine slashes and dents. I contacted chat to return one and get a replacement for the other. They said I have to send in the items inorder to recieve replacement. Well I sent in both and no replacement. I requested transcript be sent to my email but nothing was recieved in my email. I recontacted chat support and now they say they have no record of the chat? Bascially I miss out on a product and best buy steals from me? Return went through for 1 but the other replacement never went through. 

 

Another issue with chat is I asked for a price match on an item and paid the invoice for the price match but I never recieved the item. I also asked for the transcript through email but still nothing was sent to me.

 

This is absolutley unacceptable customer service. 2 times already I have had struggles with the customer service. THey have lied to me, stole my money, and never fulfilled the orders I placed.
