I received an email early last month indicating my current Tech Support Membership would be upgraded to Totaltech between Oct 5th - 11th for the duration of the current billing period, which for me is into next month. As it is now the 12th, I just checked my account and this transition has not occurred. Can someone from the Best Buy side take a closer look at my account and figure out what's going on there? Happy to provide additional information needed via PM

Welcome back to our forums! We’re all pretty excited about Best Buy Totaltech around here, and it’s great to hear you’ll be getting the benefits of that membership!
As it sounds like you’re aware, your account should have been switched from a Total Tech Support membership to a Totaltech membership by now, so if you’re still not seeing these changes on your end, I’ll be happy to take a closer look. @SeanM-BBY - Before I sent you a PM, I figured I would check my account again. As it turns out, it's now reflecting that I have the Total Tech membership. I'm guessing maybe there was just a delay / some glitch on the back end but at this point, all is good here.
