First, we would recommend that you register for the new Tax Exempt Customer Program at Tax Exempt Customer Registration. If you are having issues doing so, please give us a call at (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289.
Additionally, you can email TaxExemptCustomer@BestBuy.com so this can be further investigated.
