Welcome to Best Buy's online communities. I am trying to get back into a habit of challenging the steps that I take on day-to-day. While the feature is available on my phone, I would prefer something like a smartwatch to help me track my steps with more detail. I am disappointed that smartwatch that you were gifted is not meeting your expectations. I can understand that you would want to exchange it out for a different model.
Just as, nckhammond pointed out, Best Buy Return and Exchange Promise allows you up 15 days from the purchase day to return. I am not familiar with the No Money Back Guarantee policy from Mobvoi and would recommend that you work directly with them to learn if that is an option. You will more than likely need the original purchase or gift receipt to process the claim. Have the original purchaser connect with Best Buy to obtain a copy, if needed.
