As customer service alot of time is filled with emotion and frustration on the customers part ( me included). 
i have been dealing with issues since april  been on the phone and in store and email  20 times or more... 

i spoke to a rep named TESS.  this employee went the extra marathon stayed on the line with me for didnt transfer me and looked at everything.  she was able to fix the issue with ease were others seems to have given up or wrote me off and passed me along the phone line. Tess i hope this finds its way to you and to those who work with you and those who are your leads!  You listened to what i was saying  and didnt look for the easy way to end the call. instead of me being upset you made me laugh. you are someone people in your work should aspire to be!
