TCL 365 day return problem

Hi all, just wondering if anybody has returned there TCL TV within the 365 day return policy. I been trying for a couple of weeks now and keep getting the genetic 15 day return period has expired.

I do have a screenshot of my order number with returnable date be Feb. 9, 2022, but that doesn't seem to matter.

At a store or online? Did you speak to a store manager? If so, one of the mods should be able to get this sorted for you, assuming the TV is still in like new condition. Just hang tight.

Yes I went to a Best Buy and the manager didn't know anything about it. Showed him the screenshot and he told me that the system won't let him process a return , so I should contact customer service. I feel like best buy has put me on mute. No one has replied to my emails or tweets. Thanks for your input.
