Welcome to our forums! It’s disappointing to hear there may have been some confusion regarding our 365 day return/exchange period for select TCL TVs, but hopefully I’ll be able to clarify.
As it sounds like you’re aware, select TCL TVs come with a 365 day return period. I see bobberuchi has posted the correct verbiage we have listed on BestBuy.com, and while we strive to ensure all our associates are well-versed in our terms and policies, I apologize if this information was not relayed to you correctly during your conversation with your local store leadership.

Did you not read my response to Bob's posted screenshot and see the one I posted, they are both two different messages, one for members and one for guests.
This is what Bob sees when logged into his account..
This is what a quest like me will see on the listing..
So which screenshot is correct one or the other or both ???
I simply can't figure out why this is such a hard question for Best Buy to answer and it's pretty bad when a store manager isn't even able to answer this question..
Again, such a basic question, is the 365 Day Return for Elite customers or or is the 365 Day Returns for all customers?

I did indeed read your response to bobberuchi, I apologize if there was any confusion that resulted from my response to your post. To reiterate, select TCL TVs are currently being offered a 365-day return period.
This includes the TV you’ve linked to previously, and is available to guests, My Best Buy™ Core, Elite, and Elite Plus customers.
Just so we’re on the same page, here’s the text I see when I’m viewing the TV as a guest:
If you aren’t 100% satisfied within 365 days of receiving this item, you can return or exchange it for free.
This item can’t be mailed back, so we have to process the return at a Best Buy store. If it’s a larger item, you can schedule a time for us to pick it up from you.
The text you might see when following the “Learn More” link can vary depending on if you’re logged into a My Best Buy™ account, or if you’re checking out as a guest. However, the return/exchange period itself remains the same.
This TV has a 365-day return period.
