I have calls recorded and call records of calls that agents claim do not exist in their system.
Support agents are DELETING PHONE CALL RECORDS.

I returned a product
Return was rejected (erroneously, stating it was "outside return window" when it was not, due to extended Xmas window)
Product was never sent back to me, agent stated it was sent to some other unknown address in another state
I never was given a new tracking number or any info
I was told I was issued a check for the full price of the product
Check never arrived either
Calling about the check, which the agent stated was "already on its way and will reflect in 15 business days", the subsequent agent said the check was never even sent at all
And, that there's no record of the call where the agent said it was on its way.
I recorded the call and have phone records. So, the call exists. Just not in their records.
So, I lost my product and never recieved compensation.
