Just picked up an online purchase and unpackaged the box and the remote is missing! Tried to call the location right away and it will not connect to anyone! Phone system is not working! Calling Best Buy Outlet at 10600 Centrum Pkwy, Pineville, NC 28134. Phone number 704-544-6240, select the option for "All other questions" says it is transferring me, then it simply hangs up/call ends. So very frustrating!!!! Tried from multiple different phones, not phone service dropping the calls. Please get this fixed. We can't even get in touch with the location we JUST purchase an item from.
