Store Experience/Returns

What happened to the customer support email? I have an issue returning an item to my local best buy and wanted to send a brief email of the situation. I called the phone number and was told it was a 3 hour hold time. Quite possible the least customer friendly way to do business. I'm waiting for a call back but it's already been over and 1.5 hours.

Welcome to our community. I know when I need help, I depend upon a straightforward method of getting what I need. I was unhappy to hear that you encountered such long hold times when calling us and that you have not yet received a return call. I regret any inconvenience to you.
