I just had the worst phone call ever with one of Best Buy Supervisors on phone. He was super rude to me. He challenged me instead of trying to help me.
I DO NOT suggest the best buy for anyone. They sell you something for a certain amount of money, but you will discover that what your bank account had been charged is a totally different amount of money rather than what you expected.
When you call to complain, they will transfer you from a rep to another and you will waste the whole day trying to find someone to speak with. If you are lucky, they will transfer you to what they call a supervisor. He or She will do nothing to you except being super rude to you.
My advice, Best Buy, nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Thanks for taking the time to post your feedback, although I realize that you were not provided with the customer service you were looking for, I do apologize for you not receiving the expert service we hope to give each and every customer we work with.
Would you mind letting us know more about the mystery charge you're seeing, a little more detail of the reason you called to speak with the supervisor. If there is a pricing error we'd certainly want to take a look at this so that other customers are facing the same obstacles. Hope to hear back from you soon!

Best Buy Sold me a laptop for 12 months Zero Interest finance plan. a year later, I discovered that they charged me more than the price of the laptop as interest.
The lab top was for 11XX, they charged me over that price 12XX.
This is illegal.
When I called them, they transferred me to a supervisor after about 10 times of calling. The supervisor answer was soooooooooo ruuuuuuudddddeee
He told me with a bold voice, have a nice day..!!!!!!!!!!
Best Buy selling illusion promotions to their customers and treat there customer like slaves.
I will never ever think about shopping there anymore and I will advise anyone I know not to do so.

A few questions: Were you calling Best Buy or the Best Buy Credit Card customer service ran by Citibank? Do you still have the terms and conditions booklet provided at the time you signed up for the Best Buy Card? Do you get your monthly Best Buy Credit Card statement provided to you via mail or electronically via email?
The Citibank phone number on the back of your credit card would be in the best position to answer your questions at this time as they are the provider of your line of credit. If you have the brochure, you can refer to how the terms of our longer deferred interest plans work. Any of the 12 month, 18 month, 24 month, 36 month plans are not "Zero Interest", they are considered deferred interest plans. Each and every month, the deferred interest is calculated and shown on your monthly statement alongside the relevant deferred interest plan. It will show the required minimum monthly payment, the remaining amount on each deferred interest plan, the accrued interest for the deferred plan, and of course the expiration date in which it must be paid off. All of this is provided to ensure you are able to meet the requirements and pay it off in time. Best Buy associates would not be able to assist with any of these concerns. Regardless of who you contacted, the information should have been provided in a polite and professional manner.
I have several credit cards and I have never had one that spells things out as clearly and plainly as this one. I currently have 2 active financing plans, and I have no concerns with paying them off on time.

1) I don't have a Best Buy Citi Bank Credit Card
2) I called Best Buy customer care and after many calls, they transferred me to their credit department on the phone and he talked to me in a very rude way and refused to cooperate with me.
3) I do have the receipt that says 12 months finance plan with Zero Interest.
4) I do have a copy from all the Bank balance statements issued by Best Buy themselves.

With all due respect all of our Best Buy Credit Cards, which is how you get the 12 months deferred interest, are operated by Citibank. Whether you use the Best Buy branded card or the Best Buy Visa, these are both offered exclusively by Citibank. You should be able to confirm this by looking at the front page of your monthly statements, right hand side just above the porforation where you tear off the bottom to send in with your payment. It will say "This Account is Issued by Citibank, N.A." in that location. The addres provided you mail in to Best Buy Credit Services, the 1-888-574-1301 phone number, and the online account link at bestbuy.accountonline.com are all operated by Citibank.
Hope this helps clear it up.

anything to do with promotional financing would be Citibank, not Best Buy. I do apologize the drafts were not set up and you were being charged interest on their end, that is not a circumstance I would like to be in, but knowing we cannot erase the past the community has directed you to the correct location.
give Citibank a call, Best Buy doesn't handle anything with financing.
The only other option that sounds very similar to what you're speaking about with automatic drafts is progressive leasing. if this is the case, you'd need to Contact a Progressive Leasing customer service representative at 1-877-898-1970.
hope this helps!

Hi there, ahmedhashem,
Thank you for stopping by our community forums. Flexible financing offers are a great way to make a large purchase and I can imagine your surprise to discover that interest was charged on your account. Both jdogg836 and autotech796 provided some great on how to get assistance with this. The My Best Buy credit card that offers flexible financing is issued by our partner, Citibank. I would recommend contacting them directly at (888) 574-1301 as they will be able to help review your account and what payments were previously made.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have more questions, we'll be happy to assist you as much as we can!

Thank you for contacting me. I contacted Citi Bank through my phone calls with Best Buy. I mean they transferred me to a person who identified himself as one of Citi Bank team that is taking care of situations like mine.
He provided me no help. He was sooooooooo rude to me on the phone.
My experience with Best Buy and Citi Bank is my worst ever with a retailer and a bank.
I do not recommend either Best Buy or Citi Bank for anyone.
They trapped me and charged me an interest in something I bought for Zero interest.
THIS IS ILLEGAL.
