Been trying to get refunded for a TV I purchased for the last 4 months to no avail. I financed it on my Best Buy account, then returned it but still being charged the monthly payment for it. Was told I needed to go to the store I returned it at to deal with it. When I did, they reversed the financing amount but not the actual TV. Now with COVID, the store is closed so I can't go back in to try to get it reversed.. Desjardins doesn't care and says Best Buy needs to deal with, despite the fact I cannot get into the store to do so. Help please!
