Still haven’t received refund check by mail

 
I made a return on 3/23/3033 for my Sony TV. The store informed me that because I paid more than $2000 in cash my refund would be in the form of a check. I was told the check would arrive in 3-5 business days. I have spoken with multiple customer service representatives as well as a supervisor and no one can provide me with the proper information. I had been informed that it could take 10 business days and then I was told it could take up to 14 business days. It is now way more than 14 days and I have still not received my check in the mail, nor do I have any information as to how to track the check or know what address the check was sent to. The call center customer service representative directed my call to an invalid number at the end. Now, who has access to that information?! Who is able to help me locate my check?! At this point what are my options since it’s been a month?! I need my money this is a complete INCONVENIENCE!
