Just wondering about the state of my case and what to expect to rectify it.

Welcome back to our forums.  I’ll be happy to see what additional information I can provide you regarding any cases you might have with us, however, I’ll need just a bit more context from you first. 


If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your Case ID (if available)


Also, any additional information regarding what your case is about or how it started would be greatly appreciated.  As mentioned, be sure to use the blue "Private Message" button in my signature to send me this information, and if you're accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to "Full" or "Desktop" view before this button is visible to you.
