Welcome to our forums! I’m happy to hear it sounds like you’re interested in signing up for a My Best Buy™ account, as it’s a great way to earn rewards just for shopping with us!
As it sounds like you’re aware, we’ll need a few pieces of information from you in order to create a My Best Buy™ account, including your name, phone number, email address, and current U.S. mailing address. In regards to your concern about your phone number, please know it’s not uncommon for one phone number to be linked to more than one My Best Buy™ account, (in instances of multiple family members with different accounts using the home phone number for example). However, we’ll be unable to have more than one email address linked to any given account, so as long as your email address is secure, this should not be an issue.

As mentioned in my reply to your previous post, it is neither uncommon, nor illegal, to have more than one My Best Buy™ account linked to a single phone number. Additionally, we’ll be unable to accommodate your request to delete someone else’s My Best Buy™ account.
