I purchased a Roku which included a 30 day trial of Sling. I have not been able to receive the required code or instructions for its use. Customer service has indicated that they have sent it to me but I have not received it. I have even tried an alternate email address. I am a sophisticated email user and have checked junk, spam, deleted folders as well as have searched all folders for the email.
I have noticed on the forum that others have been helped by a Best Buy associate. I think if I could send BestBuy an email, then perhaps a reply containing the code/instructions could be sent that I would receive. The Roku was a gift and the individual really wants this trial offer.

Please send me a private message through the link in my signature below this post I’ll need your name, email address, phone number, and the customer service PIN or order number from your receipt.
Once I have that, I’ll take a look and see if we can get that code sent out.
