Shutterfly Code Missing

I have purchased some items that are supposed to have a code for something at Shutterfly. I looked on my receipt for the code ... The receipt says that the code is "below" and also says that it will email the code to me. Unfortunately, the receipt does not show a code and I have not received the email about the code. I have even searched through my spam folder for it (what a yucky experience THAT was! Smiley Happy and was not able to find anything in the last 30 days of Spam history. 

 

Now that I have noticed that I did not receive a code for this latest purchase I started looking around. I always have all of my receipts sent to my email, so that made it very easy to search for stuff.

 

In-store Purchase:

Each of these orders has at least one Shutterfly item listed on it. I have not received an email code for any of these. The receipts all claim that there is a code listed "below" but there is no code. I do have one other receipt from 2013 that makes the same claim and that one DOES have a code listed.

On-line Purchase:

These orders both have a Shutterfly item listed on them. I received an email code for the 2018 order. I just made the online purchasse for the 2019 order today. I am not surprised that the code for that one has not emailed to me yet. I imagine that it will arrive in another day or two since the other on-line order seemed to work OK.

Would you please check on the four in-store orders for me and see if you can find the codes, please? I will gladly send you copies of the receipts or whatever information you need to track it all down.

Those ShutterFly codes can really come through clutch. They offer a great service and you get a free try. That being said, I'd be more than happy to see how best we can assist you. In order to continue, I simply ask that you send us a private message with your full name, email address, phone number, and the 4 park key located on your in-store purchase receipts or order numbers for the online orders. I'll be happy to give them all a look and see what we can do.
