Shocking Customer Service

I ordered and paid for a motorized projector screen , incorrect product arrived (non motorized projector screen) and due to the fact I did not realize and return within 14 days (due to being out of town) Best Buy customer service refused to accept the incorrect item back unless I agree to their 15 percent restocking charge ! The customer service assistant point blank refused to accept it was their fault when clearly it was ! Probably the worst customer service experience I have EVER encountered !
