My brand new washing machine flooded my home causing thousands of dollars in damages to my home. I need to wrap up this claim and start repairs on my home. I have a 2 year old daughter living in a house without floors and this is completely unacceptable. Since Sedgwick reached out to me requesting documents, which I sent immediately, I have received no response. I've left multiple emails and voice messages. It's been 3 weeks since this claims process started. Someone please make this right and help me.

I can only imagine how difficult it would be to go three weeks without usable floors with a two year old in the home. That situation would be stressful enough without adding a young child into the mix, so I commend your patience at waiting weeks to hear back from them.
