Sedgwick

No response from Sedgwick for claim {removed per forum guidelines} initiated February 12. Now Service Master wants us to pay asap when we paid Best Buy for installers who flooded our house by hooking up washing machine incorrectly in early February. No one at Best Buy is doing anything to help.

So frustrated and worried. Are there any higher ups at Sedgwick? Is there someone who can be contacted to help at Best Buy? This is the worst buying experience I have ever had.
