Sedgwick claim

Hi there, I initiated a claim {removed per forum guidelines} with Sedgwick on 3/29/19 after a new refrigerator was delivered but because of a defect leaked water on our hardwood flooring and ruined several planks.  We had a member of the Geek Squad come out confirm the issue with the refrigerator and he took pictures of the damaged flooring.  I have had several communications with Sedgwick however, they had mentioned that they are waiting on information from Best Buy.  I am getting nowhere and would really appreciate help especially since this has been going on since March.


Can anyone please help?

Wood flooring is absolutely beautiful, so I can certainly understand looking for an update on a claim if damage occurred from the refrigerator leaking.
