Sedgwick Claims not responding

I submitted a claim a couple weeks ago regarding mid-installation of a washer. I’ve heard nothing since. I have a basement that has severe water damage and I need to get moving in getting this fixed.

We're so sad to hear about the state of your home, as getting new appliances should be an exciting time. I can most certainly understand wanting to get updates on your claim. Have you had a chance to contact Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc at 1-855-832-1338 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST) for the status of your claim?

Yes I have called and left 3 messages. I’ve received no call back.
