I have been trying to settle my claim with BestBuy's claim department through Sedgwick and I have been calling back the person that initially called me for the past 4 weeks and have not received any call back. Is this a dead end? Do I need to go back to the original BestBuy this was submitted through?
I just want this saga to be completed.

I can certainly understand wanting to get updates on your claim, and we are sad to heat that you have had troubles getting connected to a representative about this. We certainly want to keep a line of communication with Sedgwick and I apologize you have not heard back. Have you had a chance to connect with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc by calling in at (855) 832-1338 to check the status of your claim?

Thanks for the response. I called and left a message on the general mailbox from the number you recommended, but I am not optimistic that I will receive a call back.
Is there any other way to get in touch with Sedgwick? Why is this such a painful process?
