Secure messages on BB website

I have sent messages through the “secure message” icon on the BB website and I am not receiving any replies. My issue is best explained in writing as opposed to calling customer service.How do I get someone to reply to my secure messages?

To my understanding, secure messaging is not a communication option available on BestBuy.com.

The secure message icon was in the BB credit card page....is there a way to private message you? Thank you for your reply.
