Welcome back to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us. As someone who purchases a screen protector for my phones as soon as I upgrade them, I completely understand wanting to make sure the screen protectors for your devices are installed correctly.
I’d like to make sure we’re on the same page going forward, so I can address your concerns correctly. You mention purchasing these screen protectors that we (Best Buy) no longer had in stock. Would you be able to clarify if you purchased these screen protectors at one of our stores or through BestBuy.com? Or were they purchased elsewhere?

Thank you for following up. Please know that we’ll be unable to offer an installation service for screen protectors that have been purchased outside of Best Buy, and I apologize if this was not explained to you during your visit to your local Best Buy location.
