Samsung trade in problem

Hello. Today I went to the Mt Vernon NY store to trade in my Samsung s21+ so I can take advantage of the current promotion that's running. However the associate helping me told me that they could not accept my trade in because the color wasn't an option on their system. What can be done about this? My S21+ is pretty much brand new I don't see why the color of the phone matters.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on Best Buy Forums. I can certainly understand wanting your trade-in to be processed accurately.

 

Here is some more information about our Trade-In Program. In order to see if we accept a particular item for trade-in, please use the Trade-In Estimator. Unfortunately, If an item is not found in our Trade-In Estimator tool, we are not able to accept it for trade-in.

I have the Samsung s21+ 128Gb in Phantom Silver it is the same phone as the black version
