I returned an item to Bestbuy via curbside returns on June 5th, 2020, and I haven't received my refund of $258 yet. Its been about 3 days and I need to leave the country in about a week so any assistance would be appreciated.

I called the customer service twice last week about canceling the order but they said it is too late, they told me one of the one ways to return it is to refuse the order from UPS.The order came in today and I refused to take it, I just wanted to know how will they process the refund since I could not do anything through Bestbuy online.

I purchased a Macbook back in the middle of March and returned it about a week later via delivery.
I was initially told BB was waiting to hear back from the Warehouse about my item before issuing my refund.
I think I've made over 10 calls and livechats to BB and each time the same reply is 'this has been escalated and someone will contact you within 48 hour. Since March I've had nobody contact me by email or phone and it seems BB are playing some sort of delay game where I can't get my money.
COVID is going on, everyone is struggling to eat and I cannot even get my money refunded!!
Can anyone help me get my money

I ordered the Corsair One on June 8th. That same day UPS reported I didnt want it and returned it to sender. I have called 3 to 4 times daily, being transferred mid conversation, hung up on, and actually lied to. The final outcome, item was returned to sender and my $3800 dollar they fully took out of my account will be returned per their extra long policy time (sometime in July). How that is even acceptable confuses me, but worse I have voicemail proof that UPS made an error in returning the item and Best Buy now cant send me one because they are sold out. Even though one of those is my exact item. Unless they already sold it before processing my refund? It also has two shipping labels so though it was returned Thursday at 10am its still showing in route back to shipper. This needs to be fixed. Sorry doesnt give my moeny I "loaned" Best Buy back or the item and something needs to be done to make it right. Find mine and ship it to me. Go onto Corsair and buy me a new one (yea i mean it, they can keep my money that way sense they needed so bad they stole it form me) Yes this is someone written with anger but "im sorry" is not the answer. Money back for an item that I DID NOT RETURN or the item I nver recieved. There is no appropriate reason to with hold to include policies. Being that this item is not a return. And if it was damged then damage claim should be filed and a new one shipped. There are correct ways foward. Please actually help.

Hello About 3 weeks have passed since I returned my order {removed per forum guidelines} back to the best buy. I still have not received a refund. I called several times on the hot line and wrote many times in the chat. They constantly tell me that we have refunded funds. But this is a hoax. I have not received anything. And so every time. How so?

I returned this item once I found out that I was laid off from my job. I received a pre-printed shipping label and I sent the product off on May 4, 2020. The tracking seem to be fine the arrival scan in Vernon California was on May 5, on May 5 also it arrived in Ontario California and was delayed. It was then delivered to Ontario California as a destination scan, and then it stopped tracking in Chino California on may 12. I called Best Buy to see what they could do since the tracking has stopped updating and this is a very important package that I need to return this is not my fault. Best Buy told me that they couldn’t do anything until they receive the package so I had to start an Investigation with UPS and I have called him numerous times and nobody has been able to give me any answer and it’s been a month now. I called Best Buy again and once again they told me they can’t do anything because I don’t have the package. UPS and Best Buy both can’t help me so what am I supposed to do in the situation I sent the package and the tracking stopped updating it’s been a whole month what am I supposed to do doInvestigation with UPS and I have called him numerous times and nobody has been able to give me any answer and it’s been a freaking whole month now. It stops showing any sign of movement on May 8. Best Buy won’t do anything and neither will ups. Even though I’ve contacted multiple times. It’s been a freaking month, more then that now. And it seems like nobody at the call center can help. My money has been in limbo for so long.
