Return - Phone Reps Keep Disconnecting

Hello, 

 

I am contacting about a return that was received by the BestBuy return center on 4/29/2020. My item still has not been scanned as received by the warehouse even though FedEx says it has been delivered.

  • Return tracking number - {removed per forum guidelines}

The item was originally delivered to me opened and appeared damaged. I was advised by the BestBuy representative on the Live Chat to have FedEx come back and pick up the item, I asked if I needed to do anything and they said no. Do not initiate a return label on my account and to let FedEx bring the new label to return the item. The item was picked up by FedEx and tracking shows that the item was delivered back to the warehouse on 4/29/2020.

I have been in contact with many reps that told me to wait, I waited the 15 business days and now it is June 1st and my item still has not even been scanned as received. The last person I talked to named Gabrielle said that she needed time to research and now it is June 1st and there is no information.

I am beyond frustrated.

Delivered to wrong address, rerouted to another state, now shows as complete

Hello,

 

I ordered the NVidia shield and a remote with sideclick - it shipped as 2 packages.

The shipping address was an older address of mine (this was a mistake - I updated my main address but the shipping address is separate and it was still pointing to my old address).

 

But the old address is only a few miles away from my current one, so I thought I could pick up from the distribution center when it got returned.

Now, the package has gone to another state and shows as delivered in my account - it is absolutely not delivered yet.

The second package is also on the way and will probably end up somewhere else as well.

Can you help with this?

I sent in a return in May 4th, 2020. I have yet to hear or get anything back from this return. It has been a month and still nothing after a 7-15 day policy. I have called twice and haven’t received help. The associates said they would escalate the case, but still nothing. I should get my money or my item back. At least, I should get some help. Thanks Bestbuy

Refund not recieved

I shipped my gaming headset within the return period as it came damaged. I just got a fix elsewhere so i requested a refund on a letter with all the information and order number as i did not have access to a printer in all this madness. They recieved the item may 26, i had to return it by the 31st so i was on time. I have not gotten any acknowledgement or refund. I had to write the info down on a letter and i used my own shipping label.

ups and returns

i have been trying to get a refund for the tv that ups damaged. i sent back with ups, i see on the best buy site, they received return and will start processing credit in 5 days. this has not happened. chatted and she says it has not been returned to their place in kentucky yet. as per ups, it is just sitting there. can someone check into this for me??

Refund Denied

I purchase a Microsoft Office Card along with a new laptop.  It turns out I did not need it.  I requested a return and was send a shipping label.  The return of this card was received on May 1. However, no credit has been processed to my credit card.  After 4 chat sessions and finally one call (taking 90 minutes to get through)  I was told that the card was not returnable, and only eligible for exchange.  The Best Buy website says that software is only eligible for an exchange, but EXPLICITLY carves out an exception for Microsoft Office cards:

Cards that have not had their key code scratched off are returnable for 30 days for all customers (including My Best Buy Elite and My Best Buy Elite Plus customers).

My card was not scratched off, and returned within the acceptable window, but the phone rep would not budge saying no refund is possible.  To add insult to injury, my Best Buy rewards account had points deducted from it as if I had received a refund.

I want my money and for BB to honor the return policy on its website

My son returned his package over few weeks ago and still did not receive a refund until today I do not know the reason for that as I never received an email. I do not understand why. I would appreciate it if you can go ahead and finally process a refund for me now.

Same here best buy has had my return in KY since 05/13 and nothing.  Looks like I have to file a fraud complaint with my bank.

I returned a laptop over 30 days ago using the shipping method that i was instructed to use by best buy. I have a receipt and label for the laptop I drop off at a ups store apparently the package was lost or stolen. I have spoken with three unknowledgable customer service reps about this issue without getting any results, information, or refund. can i please get some assitance with this matter?

Refund never returned

I ordered a TV with a promised delivery date.

3 days in a row it wasn't delivered.

I called and cancelled the order (4/21)

2 days later you dumped it on my porch (4/23)

I returned it unopened the next day (UPS) (UPS delivered it back on 4/27/2020)

Through many emails and phone conversations you agreed to return my money

You acknowledged the return and promised payment on May 4 .. You said it may take UP TO 10 days to process ...

It's now June 7th and the money STILL has not been returned

When do you think someone might get around to this?
