Secure message is not working for me and im stressed beyond control...

I cant for the life of me find my tracking info.. 

 

I sent out a Intel I9-9900k CPU and a Asus Rog Strix Z390 motherboard for return on Saturday May 2nd, it was supposed to arrive the following Tuesda or Wednesday ( the 5th or 6th of May), I have not recieved any correspondence on the status of my packages at all and im not feeling very secure knowing that $600-$700 could very well just be missing right now...

 

PS i bought these items on April 17th with my Best buy credit card

Please, someone... Literally anyone (!) Help me with my refund

I purchased a few items on bestbuy.com in April.  An iPad and handful of accessories totalling $576.35.  My husband returned these items to our local store and though the website reflects the items have been received at the warehouse May 6th, I have not received a full refund.  Oddly enough....  I received a partial refund (why exactly????) of $58.78 and no one either on the phone or via chat seems to be able to tell me why I would receive a partial refund or give me any measure of confidence that I will in fact receive the remainder of my refund at all.  

 

I've been told repeatedly that "it can take up to a full billing cycle" even though this is a debit purchase so that is rather confusing let alone the fact that a partial refund was already processed sooooo....  Why would I have to wait a month for the rest?  

 

There are posts in this forum that say to message any moderator and they should help you.  I've sent a direct message (and a follow up) over a week ago and not been responded to at all.  Can someone PLEASE help me get the rest of my money back?

Tv return

Ups returned my t.v. to sheperdsville ky may 15. I have the email. No one will talk to me or help me. When do I get my refund?

Return 2 Items & Only Received 1 Refund

I returned both Beauty and the Beast DVDs back to you guys because I ordered 2 Beauty and the Beast steelbooks, but I received 2 DVDs instead. So I returned both of them back to Best Buy via mail, but I only received 1 refund. I am still missing the second refund. What’s the deal with that?

Broken TV sent back no refund

On April 27th I ordered a Vizio TV which arrived with a smashed screen. I called Best Buy and opened a case to have UPS come and pick it up to have it sent to Kentucky and was told that my cc would be reimbursed upon receipt of the TV.  The defective item was delivered to Kentuck on 5/13.  I have not received a refund and my bank has no record of a refund being submitted.  I called Best Buy again and the customer service rep does not show the TV being returned.  I have a copy of the UPS receipt a photo of the TV and would like my money back.

Refund Still Not Received

I returned two items but I only received a refund for one of them. I contacted customer service and they said it was because one of the items was a replacement so the refund didn't issue correctly. He told me that he would escalate the case and get back to me in a few weeks but it's been about 2 months.

IPad returned to sender

I had an iPad I ordered on May 13th shipped. It got to the post office and my mail forwarding expired so it's now getting returned to sender. Will my account be refunded after it is returned or will it get shipped again?

Returned an item, but haven't been reimbursed

I returned an item that arrived 10am Wednesday but was never marked as returned. I followed the tracking that best buy chat supprt gave me, and it arrived yesterday morning.

 

Chat support online was down all day today and phone calls were 2 hours on hold.

 

Needless to say I'm pretty annoyed about a $200 refund that's stuck.

 

I'm fairly sure what happened: 1) my item was never marked "delivered" when it arrived. so 2) I couldn't print the return label myself. I had to message chat support and they sent me a label. 3) They never marked the item as being returned. So I shipped the box back using the label they gave me, and the item got back to best buy, but online it's still marked as "shipping".

 

This is getting ridiculously frustrating. I've tried chatting. I tried calling only to get a 2 hour hold time. I tried reaching out on twitter and no one responded.

 

I just want to get this over with and stop wasting my time with this.

Online order issue

Place and order for a open box laptop last Friday May 15th. It was shipped but was returned by Before it reached me for some reason no one can tell me why. It was received at the returns warehouse on Wednesday May 20th. So it’s been a week since Bestbuy took almost 1k from me and has delivered nothing to me. So now I see you all day it can take up to 15 business days for me to receive my refund. Mind you this is for an item you guys chose to return before it reached me. I need some assistance figuring out when I am going to receive my money back.I am about to just dispute the charges with my bank because I have very little faith I’ll actually get some help resolving this issue.
