I have made a return last two weeks via mail because they sent a WRONG ITEM. I have to send it back by mail because of COVID 19. The item arrived back to the warehouse on 4/20/2020 and today is 4/26/2020. I really want to know how much longer I should wait for the refund. {removed per forum guidelines} is the order number.

I'm absolutely at the end of my patience about this matter. I have received no email acknowledgement of recipt of my return or processing by Best Buy. Your phone line directs the caller to a line that hangs up when you ask for return supprt. I have no response to my private message to staff on this board and no reply to this post on your board. I'm running out of options now and unless I hear back from Best Buy whether email, PM or reply to these posts, I don't know what else to do other than to seek my money back through my credit card company/bank. Please at least let me know if I should expect a response or seek redress outside your process.

Ok, I will wait for another two weeks then. If I still do not see my refund, I will file a police report for this. Thanks.

I had to mail in a store bought return due to COVID. Tracking shows the item arrived at the Best Buy warehouse in Shepardsville, KY on April 8. I have not received the return not have I heard anything from Best Buy regarding the return. I will be contacting my credit card company if this issue isn't resolved soon.

I returned a Chromebook tablet to Best Buy on March 26th (item was delivered on March 25th) and followed all instructions (sent USPS insured). I was told at the Post Office that the item would take 4-5 business days to reach return center. I just reviewed my credit card statement, 30 days later, to find that there is no credit for the return nor is it showing on Best Buy's website where my orders are listed. Unfortunately, I do not have the receipt with the tracking number on it, so I am unable to verify delivery and the post office doesn't keep information in their system that is over 30 days old. I tried contacting Best Buy customer service but keep getting disconnected, and was on the chat with someone named Abraham last night who told me the item was delivered to my home on the 25th. I already KNEW that. I was trying to find out if it had been RETURNED to Best Buy and when my credit would be processed. I am hoping someone can assist me with finding out where my return went and how long it is going to take to process it. I am not exactly thrilled about having to lose $450 if it can't be located. Surely I'm not the first person to lose a receipt - I am frustrated because I even insured the package but have no way of proving I sent it without a tracking number.
