Due to the unprecedented circumstances that we have all found ourselves learning to navigate, Best Buy is currently experiencing an uptick in mail returns as many of our customers adjust to shopping online as opposed to shopping in our stores.
Our Returns Center team is hard at work processing returns and refunds as quickly as they can while remaining safe. Currently, returns are taking between 7 - 15 business days to be processed. Once a return has been processed, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account., however, in some instances, it may take your bank or financial institution up to one billing cycle.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was received by our Returns Center, and you have not received any notification on the status of your return, please send a Private Message to any Moderator (our usernames all end in -BBY) with your:

It’s understandable that many of you would like to avoid having your funds tied up longer than is necessary. I purchased a Solid State Hard drive earlier this month and the drive came dead on arrival. Best Buy recieved the item on the 9th of April and still have yet to see the money back in my account. It's been well over the 5 days it says to allow. Could I get some assistance or clarification with the delay of my refund?

I returned an order online, two separete packages to UPS the same day (3 days ago). One was processed and already recieved, the other doesn't say its even in transit yet. I can't get anyone on the phone and live chat said I needed to call or go into a store. They are all closed around me, not even curbside is open. What options do I have? I'm afraid the return was already lost.

I returned an order in new unopened condition by mail to best buy through my own UPS label as it would not print a label for me. UPS Tracking confirms it was delivered to the Best Buy return center in Sherperdsville, KY on the morning of Wednesday the 15th. I have received no processing acknowledgement or communication and have received no refund. It is now Friday the 24th of April with zero communication.
I called the helpline but it just transfer me then the system automatically hangs up on me. I also pm'd Fiath yesterday but have no pm response.
I need to know the status of the return.

I shipped a wrong tablet to you KY center. The tracking shows that it has been delivered for several days now but no further contact has been made by Best Buy. I just need to know that things are actually happening. As I'm sure you know, every bit of money is important right now and I'd like to know where mine is. I'm a little extra frustrated by the terrible phone system which took up more than an hour of my time last week just to speak to someone about the return, and now today just redirects me to a hang up message. I'm not feeling very confident in the company at the moment.

I bought two monitors one month ago, but it was delayed for two times, and I requested to cancel it. The customer service person told me to re-route once it has been shipped, and I did. The items were returned back to the return center and has arrived on March 25th.
However, the refund is never processed though it shows on the website it will be processed within 7-15 days. I have reached out to the customer service THREE times. They always said:" We have created a ticket, and will give you a call back in two days." But I NEVER received a follow up call from them. I am really upset with this purchasing experience with BestBuy.

So, I'm in the military, and using an Army Post Office
I tried calling the best buy support number, but I'm stationed in Korea with a korean phone and they only speak korean on the number, they hung up as soon as I said hello.
The post office recently started emailing people whenever a package came in, but for the Intel - Core i9-9900K Octa-Core 3.6 GHz Socket LGA 1151 Desktop Processor that I bought they never ended up sending an email.
The post office also has a policy where after a certain number of days they will send the package back to the sender.
The package got sent back to sender as best I can tell, but I'm still $500 down and don't have my CPU, it's after 30 days since shipping and I have no idea how to get my money back, cancle my order, or get my CPU if it's gonna be sent back to the post office.
The UPS tracking number isn't showing up on the order so I can't see what UPS is doing with it either.
