And it's impossible to get through to customer service. How else can this be rectified?

I purchased a computer from Best Buy on April 15th, it arrived April 17th. The motherboard was bad no post. Very friendly tech support sent me a replacement before I had even started boxing up the broken one, it arrived on April 22, bad mother board. Still very friendly customer service people and I sent both computers back on Thurday April 23. Got conformation that UPS had delivered Monday morning 10am April 27th. Well with 7-15 BUSINESS days for them to keep earning interest on my money I was not pleased but it is what it is so I have been waiting. Today I recieved and email saying my refund has been processed and sent to my card, but wait it may take 7-10 BUSINESS days for it to show up. So Best Buys statement of 7-15 business days for a refund is a complete lie it should very plainly state 7-25 BUSINESS days as in an entire month they can keep earning interest on your money while if you are not rich as I am not you can't use your money to go to another retailer that might not rob you of your money for broken goods. I will never use Best Buy for anything ever again and am informing the entire Elder Scrolls Online community of how poorly you treat your customers (That's about 1 million gamers by the way) in hopes none of them will support your shoddy practices either.

I returned a graphics card by mail and it was recieved at the warehouse on the 28th of april.The live chat rep made a ups label for me and said all I need to do is put the item in the box and mail it with the lable. I called and was told it would take 7 to 10 days and this is the 10th day. I also dont have any updates on my best buy account that I even initiated the return. It just says thar I picked up the item. I just want an update that its linked to my account or something because now the reps ask me for the tracking number and they cant even find it.

I sent in my return via ups, I was told that my refund has already been processed and sent to my bank. My bank hasn't recieved any refund request. Furthermore I am using my bank of America prepaid debit card which is where the government deposits my unemployment each week.I called them and asked them for the routing Nd account number and they told me that I CSNNOT HAVE FUNDS DEPOSITED INTO THE ACCOUNT AS THIS ACCOUNT IS ONLY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES<br>SO I NEED YOU GUYS TO SEND IT TO MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT. IVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE FOR A WEEK NOW AND NEVER NEVER GET ANYONE AFTER HOLDING FOR 5 HOURS EACH TIME LIKE A FRIGGIN DUMMY. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP I NEED THESE FUNDS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM YOU GUYS SENT ME EITHER, BUT I HAD TO PAY THE UPS TOO. Just can't waste my time ordering with BestBuy right now. Hopefully your stores will open soon, I HATE MAIL ORDER of BluRay discs. There are two BB locations within walking distance (10 minutes) of my job yet on average I have had to wait a week or more for shipments? Why in the world would I pay for expedited shipping when the USPS can't deliver anything on time right now? I used to be able to just go in, purchase, and that's that. Forget paying any expedited shipping fee. And you guys still owe me money for two DVD's I returned (you mailed me DVD's not BluRay DVD's) but noooooooooo I gotta wait three more days for to be "15 business days."
Just purchased my DVD's from Amazon. At least they'll take just over a week to get (still sucks but better than over a month).

I have been trying to deal with a best buy order for weeks now. Order # {removed per forum guidelines} i was shipped an ipad keyboard instead of the Galaxy tab s6 i had ordered. i eventually was able to ship it back.and was delivered on 5/11/220 @10am. i was supposed to recieve a refund back to the original card and they told me i wouldnt need to contact you guys again. Because of the corona virus getting in contact with a phone rep or online customer service rep is impossible so i am hoping that i can get someone through the forums. thank you for your help.
