Hi guys, I am trying to return an item online right now but I do not see the "Return" option on my order page. Is the return service down at night?
Also, I would like to know when does the return period begins counting, is it from the purchase date or the pickup day? I bought a GPU on May 13th but it's available to pick up on May 20th which I picked up on that day as well.

We offer a 15-day return or exchange period for most of the products we sell. This begins to day you receive a product so shipping time or waiting to pick up your order won't count against you.
